Business Deposit Account New Customer Application

Before we start

Thank you for your interest in applying for a Business Deposit Account with United Trust Bank. You may apply online if you are a Limited Company, Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership or Sole Trader. All other businesses should apply by post here

Before you start your application, please ensure that you can meet the following criteria:

Directors, account signatories, shareholders, partners, sole traders must be over 18.
The applicant must be registered in the UK for tax purposes.
The first signatory must be a director, partner or the proprietor of the organisation.
You must hold a nominated bank account in the name of your organisation for funding, interest payments and repayments.
You must have details of all signatories (including their residential address and date of birth).
Details of all persons with significant control, beneficial owners/beneficiaries with 25% or more of the issue share capital, voting rights or capital interest, including their date of birth and residential address.
