Before we start

Before you start your application, please ensure that you can meet the following criteria:

  • Directors, account signatories, shareholders, partners, sole traders must be over 18.
  • The applicant must be registered in the UK for tax purposes.
  • The first signatory must be a director, partner or the proprietor of the organisation.
  • You must hold a nominated bank account in the name of your organisation for funding, interest payments and repayments.
  • You must have details of all signatories (including their residential address and date of birth).
  • Details of all persons with significant control, beneficial owners/beneficiaries with 25% or more of the issue share capital, voting rights or capital interest, including their date of birth and residential address.
